We had another fun twitter party chatting about free and low cost things to do with your kids. It’s always a great thing to find some sort of free or low cost activity to do with the family. @JobCoachJacqui asked some really great questions to see what other moms across the U.S. are doing with their children for free or next to nothing. Moms on our chat had some creative ideas on what they do with their children and how much fun it can be when it is for free! Also it seems that most of the moms that were on our chat preferred outside activities.

@SweetmatchaJail tweeted: We do Friday and Sunday nights for family day, biking outside, parks, or board games!

@Lucasitos_Mommy tweeted: I look up local event in my local newspaper or local news channel, and always find something to do.

@JoraodRossi tweeted: Flying kites, playing tag, playing on the jungle gym.

@dinahsaur74 tweeted: Pitching a tent in the backyard and have a mini campout

As you can see most of the activities were free and outside. Moms seem to do more with their children at the parks, taking a bike ride, or just having fun playing outside. This was a fun topic! @JobCoachJacqui asked questions such as; how many times a week do you spend with your family, If any of the moms are taking advantage of playgroups, If there are $1 movies in their area and if that’s where they go for a fun movie night.

We had a fun night! We had three winners that evening for our SBUX gift cards.
